  • Complete vertically integrated farm procedures:
    • The grain used for feed is grown on premises. Shrimp feed is custom manufactured in our own feed-mill.
    • Hatchlings are grown in our own hatchery.
    • Processed shrimp are TRUFRESH® frozen immediately – once frozen, the shrimp are never thawed again until they are prepared by you!
  • Absolutely NO chemicals, preservatives, or antibiotics are needed because TRUFRESH® fresh-frozen shrimp do not need preservatives; the freshness is locked in during freezing!
  • No phosphates of any kind used for water weight gain.
  • No sulfites used.
  • Complete traceability from the hour of harvest throughout the processing and distribution cycle.
