as needed black sesame seeds
1 oz. miso paste
4 each norwegian salmon fillets, 6 oz.
18 oz. pickled vegetables
8 oz. sake
2 cups sticky rice, cooked, held warm
1. To marinate the salmon, combine sake and miso and pour over the salmon fillets. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
2. For each serving grill one marinated salmon fillet to desired doneness. Serve over 3 ˝ oz. sticky rice and 2 ˝ oz. pickled vegetables. Garnish with black sesame seeds.
